VIN marking is one the most critical operation in a vehicle roll out line, & we have supplied n number of machine for the very application. It is a 17 digit number marked on the vehicle for registration. Car cabins, truck cowls, LCV/HCV extruded chassis, Fabricated box chassis you name it we have a installation. In most of the cases our machine is connected to the assembly line PC which sends the VIN for marking. Depending up on the profile of the chassis we design the clamping structure (some them are shown in the pictures). It could be done by neumatic/electromagnetic or simply manual clamping (if cycle time is not crucial). |
