Lot of machines have been supplied to Wipro Bangalore & Chennai for marking on hydraulic cylinder & some of other hydraulic components. All machines have been designed keeping in mind the verity of components to
be fixtures. For example the picture on righ shows marking head mounted on pneumatic slide for up down movement used for marking only on cylinders. The one on left shows three separate fixtures & marking head
which can be moved in 3 different directions by providing manual slides. This can be auto missed by providing servo motors. This particular workstation is used for flat, round & axial marking of hydraulic components. |
