Lot of marking machines for tag plates have been supplied, right from simple standalone machines to online marking. We offer lot of options in plate holding fixtures pneumatic clamping etc. Integration of a standard barcode printer is possible by directly connecting it to one of the serial ports available on the machine controller. If volume of nameplates to be marked is very high then we also provide plate feeding fixtures, which automatically feed the plates in to the machine working on their own. We also design custom software so that PC could be easily connected to the machine, which can communicate with ready database avaiavailable to the machine. Full proofing can also provided by installing component presence sensors. Major customers are vehicle, motor, pump manufacturers. |
