We have manufactured lot special purpose machines for crankshaft marking. Standard machine will not work for this application, so design special holding fixture for crankshaft. The machines designed are both for offline & online marking application. In online marking we insert our marking fixture in the gravity conveyor. Due to weight crankshaft is pushed inside the fixture, it is located on pin diameter, if required clamped & marked. We have also developed offline marking machine as shown in second line of pictures. In this case the crankshaft is loaded manually on the fixture & then marked. A lot of these machines are in service in companies like BHARAT FORGE, MAHINDRA FORGINGS etc. |
